By accessing our platform, you agree to comply with these terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “your”) and CryptoPioneerPro (“CryptoPioneerPro”, “we”, “our” or “us”). The Terms govern your use of the
CryptoPioneerPro Services made available to you on or through the Platform or otherwise. CryptoPioneerPro Services may be provided by CryptoPioneerPro or, if specified in these
Terms, any Product Terms or any additional terms, by any CryptoPioneerPro Affiliate.
By registering for an account on CryptoPioneerPro, accessing the Platform and/or using the CryptoPioneerPro Services, you agree that you have read, understood and accepted these
Terms, together with any additional documents or terms referred to in these Terms. You acknowledge and agree that you will be bound by and will comply with these Terms, as updated
and amended from time to time.
If you do not understand and accept these Terms in their entirety even after being clarified by our customer support on ambiguities, you should not register for an account on
CryptoPioneerPro or access or use the Platform or any CryptoPioneerPro Service.

Investing in Digital Assets involves significant risks and may not be suitable for all investors. As with any asset, the value of Digital Assets can fluctuate significantly,
leading to a material risk of economic loss when buying, selling, holding, or investing. Therefore, you should carefully consider whether trading or holding Digital Assets
aligns with your financial circumstances.
It is crucial to read the risk disclosure thoroughly; however, please note that it does not cover all potential risks or how these risks may relate to your personal situation.
These factors may change over time, depending on your individual circumstances.
Before deciding to use CryptoPioneerPro services, you must fully understand the risks involved. We are not your broker, intermediary, agent, or advisor, and we have no fiduciary
relationship or obligation to you regarding any transactions or activities undertaken while using our services. We do not provide investment or consulting advice, and no
communication or information we provide should be construed as such.
It is your responsibility to determine whether any investment, investment strategy, or related transaction is appropriate for you based on your personal investment objectives,
financial situation, and risk tolerance. You are solely responsible for any associated losses or liabilities. We do not recommend that any Digital Asset be bought, earned, sold,
or held by you.
Before making any decisions regarding the buying, selling, or holding of Digital Assets, you should conduct your own due diligence and consult with a qualified financial advisor.
We are not liable for any decisions you make based on the information provided by us, including any losses incurred as a result of those decisions.
Agreement information
1. INTRODUCTION
1.1. About us: The CryptoPioneerPro service is an ecosystem for your go-to online exchange facilitating on trading and investing mostly on Digital Assets. Our platform not only
allows you to buy and sell Digital Assets but also offers a secure custody solution for storing them, along with various related services.
1.2. The Terms: When you register for a CryptoPioneerPro Account, you're entering into a legally binding agreement with us. These Terms outline how you can use services offered
by CryptoPioneerPro, who we are, how we will support you, and what to do if you encounter any issues. They also explain how these Terms may be updated or terminated, so it’s
important to read them carefully.
Please take the time to review these Terms, Conditions and additional related documents. If anything is unclear, don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer support team for assistance.
1.3. Regulations: If local laws or regulations apply in your jurisdiction to your use of CryptoPioneerPro Services, those rules will take priority and dictate on how you make
use of the CryptoPioneerPro Services.
By using the services offered by CryptoPioneerPro, you acknowledge that you will be bound by, and agree that you will comply with, any relevant additional terms and conditions
that apply to your use of the CryptoPioneerPro services.
⁃ 2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1. Criteria: To qualify for registering a CryptoPioneerPro Account and utilizing the CryptoPioneerPro Services, you must:
A. You must be an individual or legal person who is at least 18 years old and has the full power, authority, and capacity to enter into a binding contract with CryptoPioneerPro in
your jurisdiction. If you are under 18, you must obtain parental consent or legal guardianship to access and operate our services.
B. If you are in a jurisdiction where it is illegal under applicable law to access or use the CryptoPioneerPro services, you must provide us with legal permission from the local
authority to access or operate with our services.
C. You must not have been previously suspended or removed from using CryptoPioneerPro services. You should not currently have an existing CryptoPioneerPro account, and you must
not be classified as a Restricted Person.
2.2. Updates on Criteria: We may update our eligibility criteria at any time, at our discretion. Whenever possible, we’ll notify you in advance about these changes. However,
there may be times when we need to make adjustments without prior notice, such as when changes are required by new legal or regulatory requirements, when adjustments are in your
best interest, or for any other valid reason that prevents us from giving you advance notice. If we can’t inform you ahead of time, we promise to let you know about the changes
as soon as possible after they are made. Your understanding and cooperation are important to us.

3.1. Contacting us: For further clarification about CryptoPioneerPro, you may refer to different information provided by us which can be found on our website. If you have any
further concerns regarding these terms and conditions, please contact us through the Support section by creating a ticket, or from quick chat service available on the website.
3.2. Our Communication Methods: We will reach out to you using the contact information you provide, which may include email, SMS, or phone calls. It's essential to keep your
contact details accurate and current. If your information changes, please inform us right away. If you fail to do so, we cannot be held responsible for any missed communications,
notices, or important updates from us.
4. CRYPTOPIONEERPRO SERVICES
After you create a CryptoPioneerPro Account, you can access the CryptoPioneerPro Services in line with these Terms and the specific Product Terms that apply to each service.
4.1. Live Chat Support: We offer an interactive online live chat service that allows you to communicate directly with a human representative while using any CryptoPioneerPro
Services or navigating our website. We prioritize human-to-human interaction, as we understand that chatting with a bot may not always provide the clarity you need.
Please note that our live chat may not be available 24/7, as our customer service team also assists other customers. We appreciate your patience during peak times. By using
the Chat Service, you consent to our monitoring and recording of your conversations.
4.2. Live Chat Support Guidelines: The Chat Service is offered for your convenience, primarily to help you better understand the CryptoPioneerPro Services. We will strive to
provide accurate and up-to-date information based on your inquiries. Any information shared through the Chat Service does constitute a legal information, agreement, representation,
or warranty regarding the CryptoPioneerPro Services, processes, decisions, or response times. Any personal information you provide while using the Chat Service will be governed by
the relevant privacy policies and notices outlined.
You are prohibited from using the Chat Service send abusive, defamatory, dishonest, or obscene messages, or any messages aimed at manipulating the market or disseminating false
or misleading information, as well as any messages that violate applicable laws. Engaging in such behavior may lead to the termination of your Chat Service session and could
result in restrictions on your access to CryptoPioneerPro Services.
5. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
To access the CryptoPioneerPro Services and platform, you must create and maintain a CryptoPioneerPro Account, which is provided at our sole discretion. We reserve the right
to refuse any account application without explanation and may limit the number of accounts you can hold. When creating an account, you are required to provide accurate and
up-to-date personal information. You are also responsible for ensuring the security of your account and keeping your password confidential. By submitting your information,
you confirm that it is accurate and complete.
By signing up for a CryptoPioneerPro account, you consent to use your CryptoPioneerPro account only for yourself and not on behalf of any third party, unless you have
obtained our prior written consent to do so. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your CryptoPioneerPro account.
⁃ 6. ACCOUNT TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate your account, with or without cause, at our discretion. Additionally, we may suspend or restrict your account if we believe you have
violated our terms or if necessary to protect our services and users.
7. IDENTITY VERIFICATION
7.1. KYC: Although CryptoPioneerPro accounts and services prioritize user anonymity and decentralization, you may be required to adhere to our identity verification procedures
(KYC) in certain cases or when accessing from specific regions or jurisdictions. This compliance with local laws may be necessary before or after you sign up, access, or use
the CryptoPioneerPro account and services. You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information, and you are also responsible for updating your KYC information whenever
it changes.
7.2. Additional Information: You grant us permission to conduct inquiries, either directly or through third parties, that we deem necessary to verify your identity and that
of any Permitted Users, as well as to protect you and us from fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes. We may take any actions we find appropriate
based on the outcomes of these inquiries.
By allowing us to conduct these inquiries, you acknowledge that your personal data may be shared with agencies involved in identity verification, compliance data recording,
credit referencing, fraud prevention, or financial crime, and that these agencies may provide full responses to our inquiries. We may also ask you to adhere to our enhanced
due diligence procedures by providing further information about yourself, submitting additional records or documentation, or participating in online meetings with CryptoPioneerPro
representatives.
8. DOCUMENTATION
We securely store your personal data using encryption methods to support your ongoing use of CryptoPioneerPro Services for as long as necessary to fulfill our platform's purposes.
Depending on your region or jurisdiction, your personal information may be required by law for tax and accounting purposes, compliance with anti-money laundering regulations, or
as communicated by our customer service. We collect and use your personal data in accordance with the applicable laws governing the use and performance of our site and CryptoPioneerPro
Services based on your location.
9. DATA INQUIRIES
We may ask you for your information at any time to comply with applicable local laws, verify your identity, detect money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other financial
crime, or for other valid reasons. You agree to provide the requested information and allow us to keep a record of it for as long as necessary to meet these purposes, or for any period
required by law in your registered location.
9.1. Effects of Information Submission: Your access to your CryptoPioneerPro Account and the limits on your use of CryptoPioneerPro Services may be changed, or your account may be
temporarily frozen, based on the information collected about you over time. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that any information you provided is incorrect, misleading,
outdated, or incomplete, we may notify you to request corrections, remove certain information, or take other necessary actions to ensure that your information is accurate and truthful.
9.2. Withholding Requested Information: You are required to respond to any information requests we send you. If you refuse to provide the requested information or fail to comply
promptly, we reserve the right to suspend, freeze, or terminate your access to your CryptoPioneerPro Account or any part of the CryptoPioneerPro Services immediately and without
prior notice.
⁃ 10. CONTENT USAGE
Our platform is intended solely for personal use and may not be used for commercial purposes. You may not sell, distribute, or exploit any content from our platform without our
express written permission.
11. ACCESSING YOUR ACCOUNT
To access your CryptoPioneerPro Account, you or any relevant Permitted Users must have the necessary devices (like a computer or smartphone) and internet access. You can access
your account directly through the Platform. Access is only allowed using the User IDs we provide to you when you register your account or Email you use while registering your account.
For security, we may require multi-factor authentication to protect your CryptoPioneerPro Account. Additionally, using the Platform and other access methods may come with further
terms that we will communicate to you.
You must ensure that the CryptoPioneerPro Account registered under your name will not be used by any person other than yourself.
12. PERSONAL INFORMATION & TRANSACTION HISTORY
12.1. Data & Transaction Flaws: You can access your account's personal information and transaction history on the Platform. Please review your profile entries and transaction
history carefully, and inform us if you notice any entries or transactions that you do not recognize or believe to be incorrect.
12.2. Acknowledgement: You acknowledge and agree that if you execute any Transaction with Improper Intent or in the case of a Manifest Error, CryptoPioneerPro is authorized to
either cancel the Transaction as if it never occurred or amend the Transaction's price to reflect the current market price, with no payment or liability owed by CryptoPioneerPro,
provided these actions comply with Applicable Law.
12.3. Cancellation of Transaction: If CryptoPioneerPro cancels a Transaction, it will reverse any related transfers of Digital Assets to or from your account as if the Transaction
never took place. If a Transaction is amended, CryptoPioneerPro will inform you of the updated terms through an agreed communication channel and adjust the necessary Digital Asset
transfers accordingly.
12.4. Third Party Transactions: You agree that you are entirely responsible for any transactions with third parties related to your interactions with CryptoPioneerPro. If these
Transactions are canceled or modified, you cannot hold CryptoPioneerPro accountable for any resulting issues. Additionally, if you engage in third-party transactions without providing
the necessary information through an agreed communication channel, we also may impose penalties based on our financial department's decisions, our terms and conditions, or the
regulations of your local governing body.
12.5. Information Relay: We may need to share information about your CryptoPioneerPro Account and transaction history with third parties as required by any terms or applicable laws
in your jurisdiction or region. You acknowledge and agree that we have the right to disclose such information.
13. OPERATING YOUR ACCOUNT
You must ensure that any information you submit are complete and accurate, as the platform is not required to verify their correctness, authenticity, or validity. We will not monitor
or reject information simply because they appear to be duplicates. However, if there is any doubt about the accuracy or validity of an information, the platform may choose to act on
it immediately or may seek additional information. Once an information is submitted, it is irrevocable, meaning you cannot cancel or withdraw it without the company's written consent.
An information is only considered received when it has been recorded by the platform’s server, and their records of all information will be conclusive and binding on you for all purposes.
When you submit an information or an instruction, you are giving us permission to carry out the transaction on your CryptoPioneerPro Account. We can therefore authorized to add or remove
digital assets from your account, or share the transaction settlement details with third parties if needed. If you do not have enough digital assets in your account to complete the
transaction, and the associated fees, we have the right to decline the transaction. Additionally, CryptoPioneerPro can refuse to act on instructions provided by you while using the
platform; as allowed by these terms. It is your responsibility to ensure you have enough digital assets in your account.
14. PROTECTIVE MEASURES
Please note that any instructions and information sent through the Platform or via email are transmitted over the internet and may pass through public networks that are not fully
secure. We cannot ensure that this information will be completely safe from unauthorized access, and by using our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
15. WITHDRAWAL TERMS
You can request to transfer your Digital Assets from your CryptoPioneerPro Account to an external wallet address if you meet the following conditions:
• Sufficient Balance: You must have enough funds in your account.
• No Account Restrictions: Your Digital Assets should not be frozen due to any violations of CryptoPioneerPro's services.
• Completed Trading Volume: You must have completed the minimum transaction orders to meet the trading volume requirements on the exchange.
15.1. How to Initiate a Withdrawal: To submit a withdrawal request, follow these steps:
• Go to My Wallet on the Platform.
• Select the asset you wish to withdraw.
• Click on Withdraw.
• Enter the external wallet address where you want to send your assets.
• Specify the amount you want to withdraw.
• Submit your withdrawal application.
15.2. What Happens After You Submit Your Request: Once we receive your withdrawal request, CryptoPioneerPro will:
• Account Review: Check for any restrictions on your account or if it has been frozen due to violations of our terms.
• Asset Verification: Confirm that you have the correct type of asset and that the amount is sufficient for your withdrawal request.
• Amount Deduction: Deduct the requested amount from your account balance.
• Transfer Initiation: Initiate the transfer to the external wallet address you provided.
15.3. Important Notes:
• We may not process your withdrawal if we believe applicable laws prevent it.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if you have not traded with all of the capital you deposited to meet the trading volume requirements.
• All users are entitled to process their first-time withdrawals from the exchange without hesitation. However, be aware that all withdrawals from the second time are subject to
applicable terms and conditions and also legal requirements.
• Withdrawals will resume once any necessary issues on the Platform have been resolved.
16. TERMS ON TRANSACTIONS
16.1. Improper Transactions: You can engage in transactions directly with the platform or with other users, which may or may not be supported by our services. If you choose to
transact with other users on the exchange without sharing the required information through an agreed-upon communication channel, we may impose penalties. These penalties will be
based on decisions made by our financial department, our terms and conditions, or the regulations set by your local authorities.
16.2. Data Management: We cannot guarantee that any transaction will be completed successfully or within a certain timeframe. You are responsible for managing and using your
CryptoPioneerPro Account. This means we will assume that any instructions sent from your account have been authorized by you unless you tell us otherwise. It’s essential to regularly
check your Account History to spot any unauthorized or suspicious activity and report it to us as soon as possible.
16.3. Unauthorized Transactions: We are not liable for any claims or losses resulting from transactions based on unauthorized instructions unless you have informed us as outlined above.
Additionally, our internal investigation must confirm that you did not authorize the instruction in any way—whether by mistake, negligence, error, or fraud—and that the unauthorized
instruction was solely due to a technical issue caused by CryptoPioneerPro.
16.4. Record of Transactions: To comply with global industry standards for record-keeping of transaction data, you agree to allow us to keep a record of all transaction information for
as long as your CryptoPioneerPro Account is active, or for any other period required by applicable law, as long as it serves its intended purpose.
17. SIGNIFICANT INTERESTS & DISPUTES
17.1. CryptoPioneerPro Group: You acknowledge that CryptoPioneerPro is part of a group of companies engaged in activities related to Digital Assets.
17.2. Essence of Our Roles: You acknowledge and agree that your relationship with us, as well as any services we provide through CryptoPioneerPro, do not create any legal or fiduciary
responsibilities for us as explicitly stated in these terms. Specifically, we may operate in multiple roles and may receive fees or commissions from various users, including yourself.
You consent to us acting in these roles and providing any other CryptoPioneerPro services or conducting business with you, or other users.
17.3. Significant Interests: You acknowledge and agree that we are obligated to: (1) consider any information that we know that may be of significant interest; (2) share any such
information with you; or (3) use that information for your benefit. Additionally, you understand that we may occasionally receive general market information while providing
CryptoPioneerProservices to you, and we may use this information as part of our regular business operations.
17.4. Disputes of Interests: We have put in place effective organizational and administrative measures to identify and manage conflicts of interest between us, and our users.
Our goal is to prevent these conflicts from negatively impacting our users' interests. If our measures are not enough to fully protect your interests, we will inform you about
the nature and sources of any conflicts and the steps we are taking to address them. This will help you make an informed decision about whether to continue working with us. We
also reserve the right to refuse to act on your behalf if we cannot manage a conflict of interest in another way.
18. INTERNAL TRANSACTIONS
Your CryptoPioneerPro Account may have limits on:
A. The number or value of transaction orders you can make with your account.
B. The amount and type of digital assets you can transfer, deposit or make withdrawal into or out of your account.
These limits apply within a specific time frame (for example, daily). You can find any applicable limits displayed in your CryptoPioneerPro Account.
18.1. Adjustments on Transactions: We reserve the right to change any transaction limits on your CryptoPioneerPro Account at any time, at our sole discretion. You may also request
a change to your limits. Any adjustments we make will be at our discretion and may include additional conditions that we consider necessary.
18.2. Cost of Transactions: By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that there are no fees charged for deposits or withdrawals made to or from the exchange.
Additionally, while trading, you will incur zero gas fees, meaning you will not be charged any fees when engaging in transactions involving crypto assets on our platform.
19. SUPPORTED ASSETS
19.1. Supported Digital Assets: The CryptoPioneerPro Services are available only for Supported Digital Assets, which may change over time. You can find a list of these Supported
Digital Assets on our website. We may remove or suspend certain Digital Assets from this list and will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance. If a Digital Asset is no
longer supported, you will only be able to withdraw it from your CryptoPioneerPro Account.
19.2. Withdrawal of Unsupported Assets: If unsupported Digital Assets remain in your account beyond a specified period, CryptoPioneerPro may convert them into a stable-coin at our
discretion. We will inform you before any conversion, and you will have a reasonable time to withdraw those Digital Assets before the conversion occurs.
19.3. Transaction on Incompatible Address: We are not responsible for any attempts to use your CryptoPioneerPro Account for unsupported Digital Assets or for converting them.
Additionally, we have no liability for unsupported Digital Assets sent to your account or for Supported Digital Assets sent to an incompatible wallet address. If you send
unsupported Digital Assets to your account or unsupported Digital Assets to the wrong address, you will lose those assets.
19.4. Recovery of Assets: For some lost Digital Assets, we may offer you the option to attempt recovery, but that can’t be applicable to every transactions that you have initiated
and we may charge fees for this service. We will inform you of any applicable fees before you authorize the recovery attempt. Please note that we do not guarantee the amount of
assets that may be recovered, and the actual recovery may differ from our estimates. We also do not verify or guarantee the authenticity, safety, or security of unsupported Digital
Assets. You acknowledge that CryptoPioneerPro is not liable for any losses during the recovery attempt or from the use of any recovered Digital Assets.
19.5. Airdrops: CryptoPioneerPro does not make any promises, guarantees, or warranties regarding the outcome of potential or proposed airdrops. We have the sole discretion to decide
whether to claim, list, or distribute any airdrop, forked digital asset, or other digital asset, along with the terms and conditions that will apply to these actions. If you want to
participate in an airdrop, please ensure that you withdraw or transfer the particular digital asset to your own private wallet address before the airdrop occurs.
19.6. Collateralized Digital Assets: We may occasionally support digital assets that claim to be collateralized, backed, or pegged to other assets, such as other digital assets, fiat
currency, or commodities like silver or gold. You acknowledge and agree that
A. You have read, understood, and accepted all terms, conditions, and risks associated with each specific Backed Digital Asset before engaging in any transaction related to it.
B. CryptoPioneerPro has no obligation to purchase, repurchase, or facilitate the redemption of your Backed Digital Assets under any circumstances. We reserve the right to change,
suspend, or discontinue any services related to Collateralized Digital Assets at our discretion. We do not guarantee that any particular Backed Digital Asset will maintain its value
compared to any asset, nor do we provide assurance regarding the amount or quality of collateral held by the issuer related to these assets.
20. ACCOUNT PROTECTION
20.1. User Obligations: You are responsible for taking the necessary steps to protect your hardware and data from viruses, malicious software, and inappropriate content. Unless
required by applicable law, you must also back up and keep duplicate copies of any information you store or transfer using the CryptoPioneerPro Services. We are not liable for any
claims or losses that result from your failure to follow this guideline.
20.2. Account Protection Measures: You must always maintain proper security and control over all your Access IDs like usernames, passwords and two-factor authentication(2FA) codes.
You are responsible for taking the necessary security measures to protect your CryptoPioneerPro Account and keep your Access IDs secure. This includes:
A. Strictly following all our security mechanisms and procedures.
B. Creating a strong password and ensuring the security of your Access IDs.
C. Keeping your email account and phone number up to date so you can receive any notices or alerts from us.
D. Never allowing remote access to your computer or sharing your screen while logged into your CryptoPioneerPro Account.
E. Remembering that we will never ask you to share your passwords or two-factor authentication(2FA) codes.
F. Logging out from the sites or platform after each visit.
20.3. Reporting Security Compromises: You must protect your email account and Access IDs from attacks and unauthorized access. If you suspect that the security of your email
account, or that of a permitted user, has been compromised, or if there has been any unauthorized use of your email account, you must notify us immediately.
20.4. Supervising Your Account: It is crucial for you to regularly monitor your Account History to quickly identify and report any unauthorized or suspicious activity on your
CryptoPioneerPro Account. You understand that a Security Breach could lead to unauthorized access by third parties, resulting in the loss or theft of any Digital Assets or funds
in your CryptoPioneerPro Account. If you suspect a Security Breach, you must:
A. Notify us immediately using the communication details provided and continue to give us accurate and updated information throughout the duration of the Security Breach.
B. We will help you to lock your CryptoPioneerPro Account immediately by freezing the assets or any other method we may specify at the time of Security Breach.
C. Take any additional steps we reasonably require to mitigate, manage, or report the Security Breach.
We reserve the right to request any information or documents we consider necessary regarding an actual or suspected Security Breach, and you agree to provide this promptly.
You also acknowledge that we may share this information with third parties as needed to investigate or resolve the Security Breach.
21. CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and any referenced terms and conditions (including Product Terms) at any time. Your ongoing use of the CryptoPioneerPro Services
indicates your agreement to these changes. Updates to these Terms will be posted on our website and may also be communicated to users via email, through the app, or by other
methods as determined by CryptoPioneerPro.
21.1. Notifications on Changes: Typically, we will attempt to inform users before any changes take effect. However, there may be instances where changes need to be implemented
immediately, in which case users will be notified as soon as possible after the changes are made. Immediate changes may occur, for example, to comply with legal or regulatory
requirements or to clarify these Terms.
21.2. Acceptance of Revised Terms: Unless changes take effect immediately, any updates to the Terms will become effective after users have been informed. If you do not agree to
the changes, you may close your CryptoPioneerPro Account as outlined in these Terms. Continuing to access or use any CryptoPioneerPro Services will be considered acceptance of
the revised Terms.
22. CHANGES TO FEES
We reserve the right to modify the fees outlined under the Cost of Transactions (18.2) section in our Terms and Conditions. This may include implementing new fees or start
applying charges for deposits, withdrawals, or while trading crypto assets. If you do not agree to these changes, you may close your CryptoPioneerPro Account as specified in

23. CLOSING YOUR ACCOUNT
23.1. Introduction: You can close your CryptoPioneerPro Account at any time by following the termination procedures we provide. There will be no fee for closing your account,
but you must settle any outstanding balances owed to us, if there are any. You grant us permission to cancel or suspend any pending transactions at the time of your account
closure and to deduct any amounts you owe from your CryptoPioneerPro Account. In some situations, you may be unable to close your CryptoPioneerPro Account, such as when:
A. You are attempting to avoid an investigation by relevant authorities.
B. You have a pending transaction or an open claim.
C. Your CryptoPioneerPro Account has outstanding balances owed to us.
D. Your CryptoPioneerPro Account is subject to a freeze, hold, limitation, or reserve.
23.2. When your CryptoPioneerPro Account is closed: If your CryptoPioneerPro Account is closed, you must withdraw all your Digital Assets. If you do not withdraw your assets
or if you haven't accessed your account for 90 consecutive days, we will notify you that we intend to classify your account as dormant.
23.3. What happens when your account becomes dormant: If you do not respond to the notice within 30 days, we may take the following actions:
A. Mark your CryptoPioneerPro Account as dormant.
B. Convert your Digital Assets into a different type of Digital Asset. We will not be responsible for any loss of profit, tax obligations, or other losses you may incur from this
conversion.
C. Transfer your dormant account and any Digital Assets to a third party (such as a third-party custodian, or an isolated wallet) if we believe it is necessary. If this happens,
you can retrieve your Digital Assets, but you must meet our (or the third party’s) verification requirements and any applicable terms.
D. Adjust your dormant account so that you will have a contractual claim on the quantity and type of Digital Assets that were in your account before it became dormant.
E. Charge a fee for maintaining your dormant account, which may be deducted monthly from your account balance.
F. Close your dormant account at any time.
You understand that we are not obligated to pay any rewards, incentives, or interest that we might have otherwise agreed to provide for your dormant account regarding the Digital
Assets credited to it.
24. TERMINATION, SUSPENSION, HOLDS & RESTRICTIONS
24.1. Our Rights: We reserve the right to change or stop any part of the CryptoPioneerPro Services at any time, either temporarily or permanently. Specifically, we may:
A. Refuse to complete, block, cancel, or reverse any authorized transaction, as allowed by law.
B. Terminate, suspend, or limit your access to any or all CryptoPioneerPro Services.
C. Close or restrict access to any or all of your CryptoPioneerPro Accounts.
D. Refuse to send information or instructions to third parties, including wallet operators.
E. Take any necessary actions immediately and for any reason.
• 24.2. Conditions for Eligibility: You are no longer eligible to use one or more CryptoPioneerPro Services, if we suspect:
A. The person logged into your account is not you, or your account may be used for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
B. Your Account is accessed by someone who is not a Permitted User or your account may be used for illegal activities.
C. More than one person is using the same account, or it may be used for illegal purposes.
D. The information you provided is incorrect, outdated, or incomplete.
E. You have violated these Terms & Conditions.
F. You have made false claims or breached warranties.
G. Any transaction is unauthorized or fraudulent.
H. There are signs of money laundering or other crimes related to your account.
I. If your account is involved in ongoing legal issues or investigations.
J. If you owe us money for any reason.
K. If emails sent to you are returned as undeliverable.
L. If there are issues verifying your identity.
M. If you try to bypass our controls, like opening multiple accounts without permission.
N. Any other valid reason that requires us to take action.
24.3. Financial Eligibility Criteria: We reserve the right to change or stop services offered by CryptoPioneerPro if we have concerns about your financial status, such as:
A. If you become bankrupt or have bankruptcy proceedings against you.
• B. If you represent a partnership and any partner becomes bankrupt or has legal issues.
• C. If you represent a corporation or a corporation that cannot pay its debts or is facing insolvency.
• D. If you hold a meeting with creditors or make arrangements for their benefit.
• E. If you haven't submitted required information or documents.
• F. If we need more detailed checks on your account.
• G. If the law or a court or any local governing agencies from your region requires us to take action.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes. However, there may be times when we cannot provide notice due to legal requirements.
25. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
25.1. You acknowledge and agree that:
A. The details provided about Termination, suspension, holds and restrictions are of when we might take action to terminate, suspend, close, or restrict your access to your
CryptoPioneerPro Account and/or Services are not an exhaustive list.
B. Our decisions to take actions, such as terminating, suspending, or restricting your access, may be based on confidential criteria important for our risk management and security.
You also agree that we are not required to share the details of our risk management and security procedures with you.
25.2. What happens when we take action: We may terminate, suspend, hold, or restrict your account and restrict your access to any of CryptoPioneerPro Services:
A. If you have any open instructions, trades, positions, or transactions, they may be closed either by you or by us, depending on the situation.
B. Any chargeback related to your CryptoPioneerPro Account or Services may lead to an immediate suspension or restriction of your account and services.
C. To reactivate your suspended or restricted account or services, you may need to pay back the full amount of the chargeback, including any outstanding amounts and applicable fees.
D. You are responsible for any amounts credited in the case of a chargeback, and you give us permission to deduct costs and fees directly from your assets in your CryptoPioneerPro
Account without prior notice.
26. UNLAWFUL POSSESSION
If we receive information and/or reasonably believe that any Digital Assets or Fiat Currencies in your CryptoPioneerPro Account are stolen or unlawfully possessed by you (whether
accidentally or otherwise), we may choose to place a hold on those funds and your account, but we are not required to do so. If we do place a hold on any or all of the Digital
Assets or Fiat Currencies in your account, we may keep the hold in place until you provide acceptable evidence proving that you have the right to possess those assets. We will
not get involved in any disputes or their resolutions regarding the Digital Assets or Fiat Currencies in your account.
27. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Engaging in unauthorized activities on our platform is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to: Unauthorized access to our servers or platform (hacking). Participation
in illegal or fraudulent activities like money laundering, or any other illegal activities. Tampering with platform functionality or performance. Attempting to manipulate the
market.Posting offensive or abusive content. Spamming or unsolicited advertising.
28. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
CryptoPioneerPro owns all intellectual property rights related to our platform, including trademarks, logos, graphics, and written content. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution,
or creation of derivative works is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
28.1. Background IP: The intellectual property (IP) of CryptoPioneerPro belongs to CryptoPioneerPro.
28.2. License for CryptoPioneerPro IP: We grant you a non-exclusive license to use CryptoPioneerPro's IP (excluding trademarks) as long as you follow these Terms or until we
suspend or end your access to our services. This license is for personal or internal business use only.
28.3. Your License to Us: You allow us to use your IP (User IP) forever, without paying you, anywhere in the world, as long as it is necessary to create new IP or to provide
you with our services.
28.4. Our Right to Sub-License: We can allow others to use your IP if it helps us or our affiliates provide you with our services.
28.5. Ownership of Created IP: Any new IP we create will automatically belong to us.
28.6. Assignment of Rights: You agree to transfer all rights to the Created IP to us. If we ask, you will help us complete this transfer without charging us.
28.7. Our Responsibility: You understand that we are not responsible for any user-generated content (User Material) on our platform, and using this content is at your own risk.
We do not guarantee its accuracy.
28.8. Our Rights: We can remove or change any content you submit or post on our platform for any reason. We can take actions we see fit, including warning you, removing content,
seeking damages, suspending or terminating your account, or banning you from using our services in the future.
28.9. Recording Communications: You agree that we can record any communications (like phone calls or video chats) related to these Terms. These recordings will serve as proof of
our discussions. We may record these interactions to answer questions, comply with laws, improve our services, and provide customer support.
29. YOUR DUTIES & OBLIGATIONS
29.1. Prohibited Use: When you create a CryptoPioneerPro Account or make any transactions, you agree that you and any approved users will not:
A. Break these Terms or any related agreements.
B. Use CryptoPioneerPro Services in a way that goes against our Prohibited Use Policy.
C. Use CryptoPioneerPro Services for resale or commercial purposes unless we give written permission.
D. Manipulate the market for Digital Assets, including schemes like pump and dump, wash trading, or front running.
E. Engage in or suggest fraudulent activities.
F. Use CryptoPioneerPro Services for lotteries, gambling, betting, or other games of chance.
G. (1) Try to get money from both us and another user for the same transaction during a claim. (2) Conduct business in a way that leads to complaints or disputes. (3) Let your account
have a negative balance.
H. Provide false or misleading information when using CryptoPioneerPro Services or communicating with us.
I. (1) Use automated tools like bots to access or copy parts of our platform. (2) Try to access parts of the platform without permission. (3) Test the security of our services. (4)
Track other users without their consent. (5) Overload our systems. (6) Interfere with the normal operation of our services. (7) Disguise your identity in communications with us.
J. Change or combine any part of the platform with other programs.
K. Try to reverse-engineer or figure out the source code of our platform.
L. Copy, download, or alter any of our intellectual property without permission.
M. Introduce any harmful software like viruses or malware.
N. (1) Use anonymous proxies. (2) Use temporary email addresses when creating an account. (3) Bypass our security measures. (4) Take actions that could disrupt our services.
O. Create any claims over your funds without our written consent.
P. Break any laws or infringe on anyone's intellectual property rights.
Q. Access CryptoPioneerPro Services from high-risk locations or with individuals/entities that are restricted by law.
30. DECLARATIONS & ASSURANCES
Introduction: You warrant to us that:
A. All the documents and information you provide are true, accurate, complete, and current. We rely on this information to decide if you can access the platform or use CryptoPioneerPro
Services.
B. All your decisions related to these Terms are based solely on your judgment and your own assessment of your finances, risk tolerance, and goals.
C. You have the authority and ability to (1) access and use the platform and CryptoPioneerPro Services, and (2) fulfill your obligations under these Terms and any related agreements.
D. If you are operating an account in partnership then you are operating in compliance with applicable laws; also you will inform us immediately about any changes in authorized users
of your account. Additionally, You will notify us if the partnership is dissolved.
E. You have obtained all necessary permissions and approvals from any third parties or regulatory authorities to access and use the platform and perform transactions under these Terms.
F. These Terms and any related agreements are valid and legally binding, meaning you must follow them.
G. You are not a Restricted Person.
H. You are an individual, you are at least 18 years old.
I. Your access and use of the platform will not; (1)Cause any conflict with your governing documents. (2) Violate any agreements you are part of. (3) Lead to any legal violations
or conflicts with any laws or regulations.
